FAQ

Basically, it is possible to have prints made of almost everything I make. Send me an email if you have seen something outside the webshop of which you would like to buy a print.

Orders on the Website are subject to the prices as stated on the
Website. Prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Prices do not include
payment and shipping costs, which are stated separately.

Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within one week (excluding holiday periods because I personally manage my shop). Unless explicitly agreed otherwise (for example, in connection with ordering products that are not in stock), delivery takes place no later than 30 working days after I have confirmed the order.

I carefully pack my prints to avoid damaging. Once your package is registered at the postal service you will be sent a track & trace code by email to follow your parcel. 

If you accidentally receive the wrong quantity or product I will, of course, cover shipping return or exchange charges. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage caused by careless handling of postmen, for packages that couldn't be delivered to your address for any reason, or for parcels that got lost along the way. If your item got lost in the mail I will do everything in my power to try and locate your parcel.
